winsor & newton spray varnish

WINSOR & NEWTON SPRAY VARNISH

Winsor and Newton spray varnish for oil and acrylic paint.

Fast drying. Non-yellowing.

UV resistant.

Can be removed using distilled turpentine or white spirit.

It is recommended not to use until the paint has dried completely. This process can take, depending on ambient humidity, from 6 to 12 months in the case of oils and from 4 to 5 days in the case of acrylics.

NOTES:

Picture Varnish is recommended only for works created on a standard pictorial support.

General Purpose Varnish can be used on wood, metal, and other alternative materials to paper and canvas.

Dammar Varnish has a very glossy finish but tends to yellow over time.

Retouching Varnish provides a temporary film for oil paintings that are still being finished.
