Description

WINSOR & NEWTON PROFESSIONAL ACRYLIC MEDIUM FLOW IMPROVER NO. 507

Medium for controlling the flow of colours.

This additive increases the fluidity of acrylic colours by breaking the surface tension of water.

It is ideal for application in areas of uniform, flat colours without changing the strength of the colour.

It is also effective for hard edge painting techniques, inking techniques and watercolour.

It maintains colour stability and slows drying slightly, so that colours will be workable for longer when mixed with this medium.

If you want to dilute the colour significantly, we recommend using the flow improver with water, as it preserves the integrity of the paint film, ensuring that the pigment remains sufficiently adherent.

A colour that does not adhere well to the canvas may appear smudged, brittle, etc. You can avoid this if you use the flow improver.

This additive maintains the colour invariable from wet to dry when used with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylics.
