VALLEJO GROUND TEXTURE ACRYLIC WHITE STONE MODELLING PASTE 26.211

Vallejo White Stone Modelling Paste is a fine and smooth textured paste, white in colour, especially suitable for reliefs, three-dimensional effects on murals and for structures on wood.

It is also used for modelling and sculpting.

It is handled as clay, once its water content has partially evaporated.

It dries quickly to a white, matt, opaque, stone-hard finish that can be sanded, cut and used as a filler on buildings, or as a mortar and joint filler between parts.

For large volumes it is applied in successive coats.

If a more flexible paste is desired, it can be mixed with Gel Medium or Heavy Gel Medium (50%).

Characteristics:

High density white paste made from marble powder, titanium white and acrylic resin.

How to apply: with palette knife.

Note: Normally the drying of acrylics is fast, but it depends very much on temperature, humidity, light and air currents, as well as on the surface where the product is applied. If it is applied on a porous surface, the water can evaporate through these pores, but if the surface has no pores (like metal or plastic) the water has to evaporate through the paint, gel or texture paste. When working with thick layers for reliefs, drying in depth can take weeks.
