raphaël d'artigny flat bristle brush short tip long handle series 3590

Brush made from naturally curved, extra white bristles.

Made with the best Chungking bristles from the first shave, they have a unique softness, elasticity and firmness.

The bristles from second shaves are used for other brushes. Only D'ARTIGNY brushes are made with bristles from first shaves, which is why they are the best Chungking bristle brushes on the market. The bristles are interlocking fibres, as opposed to fine hair. This special feature
allows the colour to penetrate the canvas better.

Colourless lacquered handle.

What is an arched brush and how is it made?

Brushes with curved hair are highly valued by artists because they do not lose their original shape over time or with intensive use.

Inside the ferrule, two identical tufts are placed facing each other, which gives rise to that arched shape characterised by its firmness and durability.
