panpastel sofft tools & sponges

Sofft tools have been developed specifically for use with PanPastel soft pastels.

Versatile, inexpensive and reusable, these tools can also be used with most water-based paints and art materials, including watercolour and acrylic paint, to create exciting new techniques, marks, and effects.

The finishing effects are different from those obtained with the brush stroke as they leave no stroke marks.

Invented by artists, this is a new generation of tools and applicators for artists and craftsmen.

Each product in the Sofft range was developed and extensively tested in the laboratory, and again, put to the test in an art studio.

The result is a selection of unique, professional-quality artists' tools.

The shape of each Sofft tool has been designed for a specific purpose, ranging from achieving fine details to quickly making gestural marks on large areas of colour such as backgrounds.

In addition, the tools are ideal for hard-to-reach places in craft works. Sofft tools allow a more direct connection to the work surface, making it easier to control and predict the final result.

Simple and easy to use. Sofft tools can be used with a wide variety of media, from pastels and charcoal to acrylics, watercolours and ceramic glazes.

They are ideal for a wide variety of art, craft, and non-professional applications, including plaster application, polymer clay smoothing, painting, paper crafts, scrapbooking, stencilling, rubber stamping, ceramics, etc.
