MAKERS CABINET IRIS CIRCLE DRAWING COMPASS

Solid brass tool for the creation of simple, concentric or shaded circles.

The inner blades are made of solid brass and can be adjusted with a movable opening mechanism to create circles from 3 mm to 7 cm in diameter.

It includes a walnut piece that allows you to place the compass at a given point, using that point as a centre from which to draw a circle, and can also be used as a display or stand for your Iris compass.

The base of Iris has a mat made of natural rubber which ensures that it does not slide around while drawing.

The gold outer rim of the compass is engraved with a measuring scale for calculating the exact diameter of the circle.

It has satisfactory weight, grip and tolerances for consistency and ease of use.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to their manufacturing process, Makers Cabinet products may have tonal variations within the same piece and are susceptible to acquiring a natural patina with use. This shall in no case be considered a manufacturing defect.
