holbein box set of 150 colour pencils limited edition

HOLBEIN BOX SET OF 150 COLOUR PENCILS LIMITED EDITION

Beautiful birch wood box from the Hokkaido region commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Japanese brand. Includes 150 top quality coloured pencils.

Its modern design is inspired by the Japanese stacking and staggered boxes called jubako.

Made with natural materials and a carefully crafted finish. The lids are made of natural wood and each one has a different look. They stack and store easily thanks to their bevelled edges and when the three trays are aligned, you can see all 150 colours.

It will fit easily into your living space.

The soft lead of each pencil makes it easy to spread the pigment on the surface. This allows you to draw everything from thick, even lines to thinner, softer lines.

Each lead has a diameter of 3.8 mm and is made of high quality pigments with excellent lightfastness properties. Moreover, the entire pencil has a diameter of 7.8 mm so it is easy to grip and your hands won't get tired.

It adheres well to any paper and can be used alongside and over watercolours, gouaches and acrylics.

It includes an empty colour chart with a watercolour paper-like finish so you can enjoy trying out each colour and appreciate them separately.

Box dimensions: Width 46.5 x Depth 22 x Height 7.7 cm.

As a wood product, there may be differences in texture and colour. It may also change over time depending on humidity conditions and exposure to ultraviolet rays from sunlight.

Made in Japan.
