Pablo Rubén has been dedicated to the world of art for twenty years, the last ten specialising in the watercolour technique. Throughout his career he has received more than 400 national and international awards and has participated in watercolour exhibitions in more than 20 countries.

His work is developed both in the studio and outdoors, a modality that brings freshness and speed to his technique. He currently combines his artistic activity with teaching, giving regular classes in his studio and watercolour workshops all over the world.

The subject matter of his watercolours can be divided into two main groups: themes in which water is the main protagonist and urban and industrial scenes, in which vehicles and architecture or structures acquire greater importance. Each and every one of his works is carefully composed and precise drawing is the fundamental structure of his watercolours.
