CRANFIELD TRADITIONAL LETTERPRESS INKS - OIL-BASED

Cranfield Traditional Letterpress Inks, oil-based.

Highly pigmented blacks with optimum viscosity to avoid ink squash or ink spread and ensure good penetration into the support, resulting in a smooth and rich print.

Traditional formulation of finely ground pigments and selected linseed oil.

Available in a range of intense and velvety blacks that allow you to adapt the typography and its tone to the work.

Inks rated 6 or higher on the International Blue Wool Scale for lightfastness.

PLEASE NOTE:

Inks made with linseed oil react with oxygen and can harden even while stored.

When in contact with air, a slight film may form on the surface, a phenomenon that accelerates when exposed to heat.

To avoid lumps in the mixture, this layer should not be incorporated into the rest of the paint.

When consumption is occasional or in small quantities, it is recommended to use tubes, as they offer better preservation than tins by reducing contact with air.

Store in a cool place, without direct exposure to the sun and with the container tightly closed.
