CHELSEA MEDIUMS SET - LEAN MEDIUM & FAT MEDIUM

Set with Lean Medium and Fat Medium by Chelsea Classical Studio. Perfect for preventing yellowing and cracking, increasing the adhesion of paint layers, etc. 29 ml bottles.

- Lean Medium:

Consists of a blend of extra pale cold-pressed linseed oil combined with a natural lavender oil solvent.

Recommended for improving the adhesion of the first layers of paint and accelerating drying in oil painting techniques on lean surfaces.

No chemicals, turpentine or petroleum-based compounds are used in their manufacture.

- Fat Medium:

Medium composed of a mixture of extra pale cold-pressed linseed oil and lavender damar varnish.

Recommended for the final layers of the work in fat-over-lean painting techniques.

This medium makes oil paint layers thicker, richer and glossier.

It also increases the adhesion of paint layers and reduces the drying time of oil colours.

Both products do not yellow, increase the resistance of the paint and prevent it from cracking.

PLEASE NOTE: These mediums have a strong herbal aroma, so they may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to strong odours. It is recommended to use them in a well-ventilated area.
