Arches watercolour paper is an acid-free paper made from 100% cotton, which gives it strength, stability and a characteristic feel.

Its traditional cylinder mould manufacture achieves a harmonious and varied grain: rough (torchon), cold pressed (NOT) or hot pressed (satin).

Being sized with natural gelatine and then air-dried, colours retain a good result even after scraping and erasing.

Its natural colour and antifungal protection ensure excellent permanence.

It is recommended for watercolour, gouache, acrylic, ink and calligraphy. It can be used in letterpress and offset.
