Credit card : It is the fastest, most comfortable and secure payment system on the Internet, we offer two possibilities, the traditional payment or the One-Click Payment, in neither of the two systems do we have access to any type of data.

Traditional System : At the end of your order, you can make the payment on the bank page through the Verified By Visa system.

Artemiranda will not receive this data or have access to it.

One order per card can be paid at the time following your confirmation. After that time, if the payment does not arrive, the order will be automatically canceled.

For security, your bank will send a code to your mobile to finish the payment.

Payment in 1- Click : Allows you to pay quickly and securely without having to enter the card details, password, SMS, etc. every time you buy from ArteMiranda and without us storing your card details .

We want to be transparent and dispel your doubts, so we explain how it works so that you stay calm and see that we only want to facilitate your purchase on our website.

Our virtual POS is hosted by Redsys, a company that works with all banks and savings banks in the country, managing more than 97% of card payments.

When you select 1-Click Payment, the POS collects the card data and saves it securely and assigns a unique reference to your card as long as you access from ArteMiranda.

That unique reference is the one that ArteMiranda stores in its system as one more data without risk because it is not a card number.

The next time you buy from ArteMiranda and select this payment method, the system sends this unique reference to the POS that, when associated with your card, allows us to pay by your card quickly, easily and safely.


PayPal System : It is a fast payment method.

Due to the almost 4% commission charged by the PayPal company, its use entails a management fee of 1.95% on the amount of your purchase with a minimum amount of € 0.99.
Payment confirmation by Paypal may take a few minutes to reach us.
If you do not want to pay any kind of surcharge you can use the payment by Card or Transfer.

System Split your payment with SeQura : Split your payment in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments. Immediate, without paperwork and with only a fixed cost per fee.

How does it work?

  1. Choose Split your payment with SeQura when placing your order and pay only the first installment.
  2. Receive your order.
  3. All other payments will be automatically charged to your card.

You can also pay the total of your order whenever you want without additional costs.

How much does this service cost?

The cost of the service is fixed, depending on the amount of the order. There are no interest or any other additional payment.

Cash on delivery orders : We do not accept this system. Given the security and guarantees offered by the previous systems, Artemiranda's automated purchasing system does not include payment on delivery. We remind our customers that it is not safer since the contents of the packaging are not checked before paying .

Official Organizations : In Artemiranda we have a specific system whereby, once registered in the system, they can receive orders and make payments through their usual mechanisms.

Returns

In Artemiranda we presume to be a traditional store that has been modernized.

For this reason, we want to give you the same treatment we offer in your trusted physical store, where you can change things without problems.

We are aware that on some occasions, the products purchased online do not meet 100% of expectations and we do not want you to stay with something you do not like or that does not serve you.

Therefore, we want to facilitate the return of the product to the maximum, as long as it meets a series of rules for its return.

According to the law you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product, but we give you up to 14 so you do not have problems or hurries.

Conditions for return:

1st Return of defective product or error in the order sent:

In the event that the return occurs due to an error of Artemiranda, we assume the costs of collection and replacement being the free operation for the client.

2nd The product is not what I expected and I want to return it.

The return costs are always borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, protected by other packaging, in perfect condition (without stains, or bumps or dirty) with all its accessories, complements, instructions ... and without manipulation beyond the mere opening and closing of the package.

In the case of products that may vary their conditions by contact with the air, the products must remain with their warranty seal or security unchanged.

In case the product presents some type of damage when it arrives at our warehouse, the return is invalidated. We will contact the customer to remove the package or we will send it again after payment of the transport .

If after 10 days from the date of arrival at our warehouses, the customer does not remove the package, we understand that he renounces it and we will proceed to its destruction.

How to make a return?

1º Write us an email to info@artemiranda.es , with the subject Return explaining the reason for it or call us at +34 923 244 397.

2nd We manage and agree the terms of it.

3rd We send the return label, print it and paste it to the package.

4th Deliver the package to a post office or we go to our agency to pick it up.

5th We review the package and if all is well we proceed to what is agreed in point 2.

6º The economic returns will be made through the same route and same destination by which the payment of the order was made. In case the payment is made by gift card, the return will not have an expiration date.
