At Artemiranda we try to guarantee maximum security and privacy to our customers, both in the purchasing process, with 100% secure pages, and during the checkout. To this end, we have contracted VERIFIED BY VISAMASTERCARD and SECURECODE internationally recognised as maximum security payment systems on the Internet, as well as the personal system PayPal.

Credit card
: it is the fastest, most convenient and secure payment system on the Internet. We offer two possibilities, the traditional payment or the One-Click Payment, and in neither of the two systems we have access to any type of data.

Traditional System: once you have completed your order, you will be able to make the payment on the bank's website using the Verified By Visa system.

Artemiranda will not receive or have access to this data.

A credit card order can be paid whithin one hour since its confirmation. After this time, if payment does not arrive, the order will be automatically cancelled.

For security reasons, your bank will send you a code to your mobile phone to complete the payment.

One-Click Payment: it allows you to pay quickly and securely without having to enter your card details, password, SMS, etc. every time you buy from Artemiranda and without us storing your card data.

We want to be transparent and dispel your doubts, that's why we explain how the payment process works so that you can rest assured that we only want to facilitate your purchase on our website.

Our virtual POS is hosted by Redsys, a company that works with all banks and savings banks in the country, handling more than 97% of card payments.

When you select One-Click Payment, the POS collects your card details and saves it securely. Then, it assigns a unique reference to your card as long as you access from Artemiranda.

This unique reference is what Artemiranda stores in its system as a risk-free data as it is not a card number.

The next time you shop at Artemiranda and select this payment method, the system will send to the POS this unique reference that, when associated with your card, allows us to pay with your card in a fast, simple and secure way.


PayPal System: it is a fast payment method.

Due to the almost 4% commission charged by the company PayPal, its use entails a handling fee of 1.95% of the amount of your purchase with a minimum amount of EUR 0.99.
Paypal payment confirmation may take a few minutes to reach us.
If you do not want to pay any surcharge, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.



SeQura's Pay in instalments system
: Pay in 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments. Immediate, paperless and with only a fixed cost per instalment.

How does it work?

  1. Choose Split your payment with SeQura when you place your order and pay only the first instalment.
  2. Receive your order.
  3. All other payments will be automatically charged to your card.

You can also pay the total amount of your order whenever you want without additional costs.

How much does this service cost?

The cost of the service is fixed and it depends on the amount of the order. There are no interests or any other additional payment.

There is no interest. The interest rate is 0%. There is only a fixed cost per instalment depending on the amount of the order. For example, if you choose to pay an order of EUR 200 in 3 months, you would pay EUR 69.60 per month (only EUR 3 per month per instalment).

Cash on delivery orders
we do not accept this system. Given the security and guarantees offered by the previous systems, Artemiranda's automated purchasing system does not include payment on delivery. We remind our customers that it is not more secure since the contents of the packaging are not checked before payment.


Official Organizations
: At Artemiranda we have a specific system whereby, once registered in the system, Official Organizations can receive orders and make payments through their usual mechanisms.

Returns

At Artemiranda we are proud to be a traditional shop that has been modernised.

For this reason, we want to give you the same treatment we offer in your trusted physical shop, where you can return products without any problem.

We are aware that sometimes products bought online do not meet 100% of expectations and we don't want you to be left with something you don't like or that doesn't work for you.

For this reason, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return the product, as long as it complies with a series of rules for its return.

According to the law, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product, but we give you up to 14 so that you don't have any problems or haste.

Conditions for return:

1. Returning damaged or incorrect items or mistakes with your order:

In the event that the return is due to an error by Artemiranda, we assume the costs of collection and replacement, the operation being free of charge for the customer.

2. The product is not what I expected and I want to return it.

Return costs are always at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, protected by other packaging, in perfect condition (no stains, bumps or dirt) with all accessories, instructions... and without handling beyond the mere opening and closing of the package.

In the case of products whose condition may change due to contact with air, the products must remain with their guarantee or security seal unaltered.

If the product is damaged on arrival at our warehouse, the return will be invalidated. We will contact the customer to pick up the package or we will send it back to the customer after payment of the transport costs..

If after 10 days from the date of arrival at our warehouses, the customer does not collect the package, we understand that he/she renounces to it and we will proceed to its destruction.


How to make a return?

1. Write us an email to info@artemiranda.es, with the subject 'Return' explaining the reason for the return or call us on +34 923 244 397.

2. We manage and agree the terms of the return.

3. We send you the return label so that you can print it out and attach it to the package.

4. Either you deliver the package to a post office or our transport agency picks it up.

5. We check the package and if everything is OK we proceed as agreed in point 2.

6. Financial returns will be made by the same means and to the same destination as the order was paid for. In the event that the payment is made by gift card, the return will not have an expiry date.
